On 31st July 2018 (Tuesday), both our home parish and neighbouring parish will celebrate St Ignatius of Loyola’s feast day. Though rightfully he is patron of the Church of St Ignatius Petaling Jaya, our parish closely associated to him for two reasons: St Ignatius’ first companion in his mission was St Francis Xavier, and secondly: SFX PJ has long been under the pastoral care of the priests (and brothers) of the Society of Jesus (SJ) whose founding father is St Ignatius himself.
Join us for our celebration at any of the two parishes:
*Church of St Ignatius, Petaling Jaya:
Rosary followed by Novena and Litany: 7.15pm
Mass: 8pm*
*Church of St Francis Xavier, Petaling Jaya:
Angelus and Vespers: 6pm
Mass: 6.30pm followed by Fellowship*
